Welcome to SendPadi! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our products, services, mobile applications, and website. By registering, accessing, or using SendPadi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Definitions
- “We,” “Our,” “Us,” “SendPadi” – refers to SendPadi Technologies Ltd.
- “User,” “You,” “Customer” – refers to any person or entity using SendPadi’s services.
- “Services” – includes money transfers, wallet services, airtime/data/utility payments, virtual cards, merchant/business payments, and any other financial services provided by SendPadi.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use SendPadi.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and verifiable information for account creation.
- By using SendPadi, you represent that you are not on any sanctions or prohibited lists.
4. Account Registration & Security
- You agree to provide truthful information during registration.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials (PIN, password, MFA) secure.
- SendPadi will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to your negligence.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious or fraudulent activity.
5. Use of Services
You may use SendPadi for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use our services for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or illegal activities.
- Violate sanctions or attempt to bypass compliance rules.
- Abuse promotional offers or engage in fraudulent chargebacks.
6. Know Your Customer (KYC) & Compliance
- To comply with AML/CTF regulations, we may request government-issued ID, proof of address, biometric verification, and other documents.
- Failure to provide requested documents may result in account restrictions or termination.
- All transactions are subject to monitoring and reporting in line with regulatory requirements.
7. Transactions & Fees
- Transaction limits, processing times, and applicable fees will be displayed in the app/website before confirmation.
- Once a transaction is confirmed, it cannot be reversed except as allowed by law.
- SendPadi reserves the right to reject or delay transactions for risk, compliance, or security reasons.
8. Virtual Cards & Wallets
- Virtual cards issued via SendPadi must not be used for unlawful or high-risk activities (e.g., gambling, sanctioned merchants).
- Wallet balances are not interest-bearing.
- We may freeze or restrict wallets in case of suspicious activity or regulatory orders.
9. Limits & Restrictions
- Daily, weekly, and monthly limits may apply depending on your KYC verification level.
- Certain transactions may be restricted by regulators or international compliance laws.
10. Privacy
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
11. Intellectual Property
- SendPadi owns all rights to its logo, brand, software, and services.
- You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of our platform without prior written consent.
12. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Breach these Terms.
- Provide false information or misuse the platform.
- Engage in suspicious, fraudulent, or illegal activities.
13. Liability Disclaimer
- SendPadi provides services on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or risk-free services.
- We are not liable for losses arising from:
- Delays in banking or network systems.
- Incorrect details provided by you.
- Unauthorized transactions caused by your negligence.
14.Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold SendPadi harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your misuse of our services or breach of these Terms.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SendPadi after updates means you accept the new Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts, unless otherwise required by law.
